Ayurvedic Wellness Consultation with Carrie
Ayurveda is the ancient Indian “science of life” which was developed around the same time as the science of yoga. Ayurveda is a holistic health system focused on treating the physical body and the mind simultaneously using diet, herbs, healthy routines, and yogic practices.
As a “sister science” to yoga, Ayurveda is the perfect subject to dive into in order to bring greater health, vitality, and peace of mind to your day-to-day life. Carrie’s yogic education from 2017 onwards has emphasized Ayurvedic wellness and she has also studied and completed an 800-hour Ayurvedic Health Counseling certification through Joyful Belly Ayurveda School.
Since graduating from Joyful Belly, Carrie has helped dozens of clients find greater wellness and balance in body and mind. You’ll see after doing a consultation why Ayurveda is one of the greatest, largely untapped resources out there to help us heal, recover, grow, and find higher levels of wellness and spiritual connection!
Your consultation can take place in person during a retreat or online via Zoom call. You can expect to fill out a few forms with personal details about your current health and wellness and send a few photos before the consultation. After booking here, you’ll be sent a calendar link to officially schedule your 60-minute consultation.
Each consultation includes a detailed list of recommendations in the categories of diet, exercise, routine, herbs, and any other relevant suggestions. After delivering your notes, Carrie will also follow up one month later to see how you’ve done at implementing the suggested changes and to answer any follow-up questions.
